Chef Arnaud Philippon

Come and discover his cuisine at our Michelin-starred restaurant

Having trained at several renowned establishments in France and abroad, Arnaud Philippon joined the Château de Pray in 2010, working alongside Head Chef Frédéric Brisset, before succeeding him.

His cuisine is inspired above all by the local region and the seasons. The chef enjoys working with both simple and more rare ingredients, depending on what nature and local producers have to offer. Seasonal game, vegetables from local market gardeners, fish… these ingredients are at the heart of his cuisine.

He also enjoys combining these products with ingredients, plants and flavours from further afield, to create original combinations whilst allowing the product itself to take centre stage.

Generous, authentic gourmet cuisine, where local produce is sometimes blended with influences from further afield.
